Who we are
VBS Solutions ("we", "us") provides Amazon seller support and IT and digital services. Contact details are on our Contact page.
What we collect
- Information you submit in forms: name, business name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, and details about your enquiry.
- Service-specific information you choose to share, such as Amazon marketplace, ASINs, case IDs, website URLs or project requirements.
- Technical information such as a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser type, used to prevent spam and abuse.
- If you become a client: project records, messages, documents and billing records.
We never ask for account passwords, one-time passcodes, API secrets or payment card details through this website.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations (steps taken at your request before a contract).
- To deliver services you have engaged us for (contract).
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam (legitimate interests).
- To send marketing emails, only if you opt in separately (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.
Sharing
We use trusted providers for hosting and email delivery. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for a limited period (configurable, currently set in our retention settings) and then deleted or anonymised. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the contract and legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your information, and to object or complain to a regulator. Contact us to make a request.
